#theSelfie is an exhibition that explores the relationship between the real and virtual world. Self portraiture was reserved for artists and photographers who had the skills to do them. With the introduction of smartphones, self portraits “selfies” have become available to the masses.

In this presentation, you will see a different perspective of “the selfie.”
Bring your smartphones to fully experience the project. During the presentation, COOL Creative’s Terrance Wilson, will also be painting a mural at The Lab. Guests will get a look at the artist at work during the event. This multi-visual experience will surely be a highlight of Art Basel week.

“Being a part of Art Basel was a goal we set for ourselves this year,” explains the artists.
