We often talk about the importance of funding for cool ideas and the lamentable absence of it. Well, here is an opportunity to get a piece of a $500,000 pie!

The VL Innovators Challenge is a tech competition spearheaded by Voto Latino, a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering Latino Millennials to create positive change in their communities, with support from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and in collaboration with Google.

The challenge will be awarding $500,000 in prizes to technology ideas that benefit/impact/relate to the Latino community in the US. See their website for more detailed information.
