Plum, the company that introduced the first appliance that automatically preserves, chills and serves wine by the glass, today announced a $10 million Series B financing, led by Las Olas Venture Capital. 

David Koretz is the Founder & CEO of Plum, previously the Founder & CEO of Mykonos Software, which was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2012 for $80 million.

David is the inventor of a dozen technology patents and was recognized as an innovator by Bloomberg BusinessWeek.
