Brainfood Speaker Series with Maxeme Tuchman

These monthly gatherings will help Miami startups and entrepreneurs understand the opportunities and challenges of launching and growing a business. Every participant will leave with a wealth of new ideas and key, practical advice to advancing one’s own entrepreneurial career. Brainfood is presented by Endeavor Miami and takes place at The LAB Miami in Wynwood, generally on the last Tuesday of each month.
(Speaker) Maxeme Tuchman
Maxeme Tuchman is the CEO and Co-Founder of Caribu Inc., an education technology company that helps parents, extended family, and mentors read and draw with children when they’re not in the same location. Maxeme was most recently appointed by President Obama to serve as a White House Fellow at the U.S. Department of the Treasury where she served as a senior policy advisor and worked on issues of financial inclusion.
Max served as the Executive Director of Teach For America Miami-Dade and was responsible for overseeing daily regional operations for 26 staff members, as well as cultivating over $15M of private and public support in service of over 500 teachers and alumni. Prior to that, she served in Mayor Bloomberg’s bullpen where she co-created the NYC Civic Corps and managed The NYC Waterfalls art installation, which brought $69M of economic impact to the city.
