From day one legal documents play an essential role in shaping and protecting a new business and its owners. Early on, many startups and entrepreneurs are not sure what documents they need or lack the resources to hire an attorney to help out, so The Venture Law Project and Ask a Startup Lawyer have teamed up to host a workshop about the key legal documents every entrepreneur needs!
At the workshop, participants will be given a set of sample legal documents to take home. During the workshop, host attorneys David H. Salmon from Salmon Legal and Ashley Juchawski from the Venture Law Project will review the samples and provide explanation and insight regarding various key provisions often overlooked or misunderstood by early-stage entrepreneurs.
