Our mission is to accelerate Miami's rise as a global tech hub through our innovation campus in the heart of Wynwood. Our history has deep roots in creating meaningful experiences for Miami's innovation ecosystem.

Our Story

Originally founded in 2012 as The LAB Miami, these walls have hosted tens of thousands of founders, innovators, and creators. For over a decade, The LAB Miami served as the center of gravity for tech and innovation in South Florida.

In 2024, a group of partners including an original co-founder and Goldman Properties acquired The LAB Miami to bring the drifting spirit of The LAB Miami back to it's roots in Wynwood. The LAB Miami space at 400 NW 26th Street was renamed "The DOCK" and serves as a flex space for early stage entrepreneurs and creatives. The LAB Miami naming was brought just a block over to a new space which serves as a founder clubhouse for later stage startup founders and investors.

The original spirit of The LAB Miami has expanded to a campus with two unique spaces serving specific purposes. We invite you to join our community and get involved here at the heartbeat of the tech ecosystem in South Florida.
